We have designed
5 new video scenarios to
include in your trainings to make them more meaningful and experientially
involving for participants.
Participants
watch a scenario unfold to certain points. They are then asked to analyze:

What
is happening? |
 |
What
are the gender based misunderstandings they see? |
 |
How
do they personally relate to the thoughts, feelings, motivations,
and behaviors depicted in the scenarios? |
 |
How
did the characters make things worse? |
 |
What
could the character's do to improve communication and productivity? |
 |
What
potential improvements does this suggest for the participant
his or her group or company? |

Participants
also have an opportunity to:
 |
See
the same situation from the vantage point of each gender |
 |
View
"before" training and "after" training versions
of the same type of challenge |
To view these
videos you will need windows media player ver 8.0 or higher. If you
do not have a current version of windows media player you can down load
it from Microsoft's
website.
These files are
programmed for 56k download. They take between 40 sec and 2 minutes
to down load at 56K. Obviously the visual and auditory quality is not
the best at this setting. However it is quite adequate for previewing
of the material.
