Well I did not think it was possible that you could have been better than your last presentation, but I was wrong. The Maryland event was fantastic. The Mars and Venus in the workplace material was great again. We received perfect feedback scores (5 out of 5) from just about everyone. It was great to watch you engage the audience during the keynote address section. You see the people were very much taking in the information. It was fascinating to watch the creativity training workshop using the improv. I could see the similarities with the performance version of last month. I now understand your point that the workshop approach lends itself more to engendering creativity itself. I highly recommend the Mars Venus Workplace material to organizations desirous of improving the productivity of their people. I can just as easily recommend the creativity training through improv workshop for organizations that want to help their people think outside the box. Thank you again for your engaging presentation of Mars And Venus at Work at our monthly ASTD chapter meeting. The evaluations of the meeting were very positive, though we didn't even need to review them to know the meeting was a success. We enjoyed the video Clips, the interactive aspects of the program and especially how it raised our awareness of how to better understand and work with the Martians and Venusians in our lives. On behalf of the NJPQCA, I would like to take this opportunity to say what a great privilege it was to attend, and thank you for the Mars and Venus in the Workplace Seminar you provided to our members. It was a dynamic, thought provoking and result oriented session! You are an outstanding team and it was a joy to watch you present in your enthusiastic spirit! The NJPQCA is still talking about how wonderful the seminar was and how much they got out of it. We're all looking forward to another round next year. We realize how busy you both were and still you managed to put this together in such fine fashion for us in such a short time. While I personally enjoyed it all, I particularly thought the examples you gave were the most fun and beneficial to the membership. We just hosted Dr. Robert Schwarz to do some Mars/Venus workshops on family communication. He was terrific and I highly recommend him to you. In just three short hours he gave a lot of information on gender differences and how respecting those differences and using that knowledge appropriately can enhance intimate relationships. It's a great prevention program because no one who uses his recommendations could become abusive. His workshop was greatly enjoyed by everyone who attended and everyone came away with practical information they could immediately put to use. Robert A. Schwarz was the keynote speaker at the 2003 annualconference of the American Association of Office Nurses. Dr. Schwarz pleased our audience of office nurses immensely.
