WHAT IS INNOVATION & CREATIVITY-TRAINING?

In this highly experiential workshop. We use a series of improvisational exercises or “games” that are really mini-experiments in spontaneous creativity and supportive teamwork with the goal of advancing the action of a scenario. These structures require participants to solve problems or reach goals by improvising. No boring lectures here. Right from the start participants are engaged in creative problem solving activities.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED, PARTICIPANTS MUST:

· Attend to the communication of their team
· Accept and build upon each other's actions to forward the action
· Take creative risks
· Stretch themselves

v Oh sure, it is great fun -- participants will be laughing much of the time.

v And yes, they will feel energized, restored and de-stressed.

v And, these are worthwhile goals in themselves.

v Now, look closely at the ingredients for success in red. These are the creative and cooperative skills needed to succeed in the fast paced, ever changing world of business today.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM YOUR FIRST CREATIVITY-TRAINING?

1) Any time a group is faced with a novel situation it is normal to expect some trepidation. Your group will undoubtedly feel the same. With 25 years of experience, the trainers have designed a gradual process that guarantees that participants will quickly feel safe and secure.

2) Your group will learn the basic rules of improvisational learning that drive the creative process.

3) Your group will then be led through a series of increasingly challenging exercises that are:

· Novel
· Deceptively fun. (Do you know how to build & market the "Klockensprenger"? - You Will!)
· Stimulate new neural activity patterns in the brain!
· Teaching collaborative skills such as listening, supporting and being in the moment
· Increasing creativity skills such as risk taking.
· Emphasizing inclusive humor rather than exclusive humor.

4) The training encourages new approaches to problem solving which continue develop and expand long after the training. Participants will feel amazed, rejuvenated and excited. Each person will integrate the experience in their work and personal life in ways that no one can predict (The essence of creativity!!)
